Founded in 2018, the Instituto de Línguas da IECA was an initiative of the Rev. André Cangovi Eurico, General Secretary of IECA. Rev. Cangovi’s vision for the Institute is as a place of access and learning. The library provides access to materials for self-study and growth, while courses structure learning in a way that every student can progress. The use of English as a lingua franca in academia, diplomatic communications, and the private sector means learning the language opens doors that might otherwise remain closed.
